On Sunday April 13th, the 112th edition of the Paris-Roubaix (aka The Hell of the North) will take place. As a benefit for PeopleForBikes and the upcoming 2014 Ride On Chicago, we’ll be serving a pre-ride breakfast, showing a live stream of the last few hours of the race, then heading out for a post-Roubaix group ride, led by  Boulder Cycle Sport, and fueled by Skratch Labs. Riders should bring a road or cyclocross bike, flat repair kit, helmet, and should be comfortable riding in a group. The ride will be a little pavement, and a lot of dirt / gravel.

Who: Evan Fry, Jamie Kripke, Brandon Dwight + Boulder Cycle Sport, Aaron Foster + Allen Lim of Skratch Labs.

  • 7:00am -- Breakfast by the super talented Milli Petters (pastry chef at Frasca):  croissants, danishes, homemade granola, yogurt, Skratch-style oatmeal, and pourover coffee compliments of Boxcar.**
  • 8:30am -- Approximate race finish. Cancellara? Boonen? Sagan? Chunky Sir Wiggo?
  • 9:00am -- roll out for a lap on the Boulder Roubaix course (40mi RT from the Studio @ 15mph) with a longer, optional second loop, route and duration TBD.** Skratch Labs rice cakes and drink mix will be available for all riders. Bring an empty jersey pocket and a few bottles with just water.
